When you log in to SkillNavi, the dashboard screen will be displayed.

This screen displays announcements and statistical graphs that are shared with the entire team. During the goal evaluation period, the goal evaluation operation panel will be displayed at the top of the screen. From this panel, you can check the progress of the current evaluation period and update various flows.

Most of the data held by SkillNavi can be displayed in statistical graphs. Multiple graph types are supported.

Each graph has a "Show details" button that allows you to check detailed values.

Clicking the button will display detailed data in table format as shown below. On the right side of the table are buttons that allow you to access further data.

In addition to understanding your own data, you can objectively understand the status of your own skills by comparing it with the average values ​​of departments and groups that have been set up in advance by your administrator for comparison.
