After selecting the form created by the administrator, register various data according to the form format.
Click the "SkillNavi Form" link from the "Data Form" item in the menu on the left side of the screen to go to the form selection screen.
Forms that can be viewed from among those created by the administrator will be listed, so select the form you want to operate.
Click the "Create New" button at the bottom of the screen to open the registration screen. To create a new form, you will need the appropriate new creation permissions set by the administrator for each form.
A registration form will be displayed on the screen, so fill in each field and click the "Update Information" button.
Fields marked "Required" must be filled in.
Also, if approval by a manager is required, a sub-screen will open for selecting the approver, so select the approver.
Click the "Save Temporarily" button to save the approval status as "Draft" without submitting it to the approver.
The initial screen will display a list of data.
You can also search for data using any criteria by clicking the "Search criteria" link.
After entering search criteria, clicking "Search with these criteria" will display a list of user data that matches the search criteria.
You can check the details of the data by clicking the "View" icon displayed in the action of the data list.
You can edit the data by clicking the "Edit" icon. To edit, you need the editing permissions set by the administrator for each form.
You can delete data by clicking the "Delete" icon. To delete, you need the deletion permissions set by the administrator for each form.
