When you access SkillNavi, the login screen will be displayed.
Login
If you are using the SaaS version, enter your
company ID
company password
login ID
password
and click the "Login" button.
If you are using the dedicated server version, enter only your
login ID
password.
For the dedicated server version, the input fields for "company ID" and "company password" will not be displayed.
Account Suspension
If you enter incorrect login information repeatedly, the following message will be displayed and your account will be suspended.
If you see this message, contact your administrator and ask them to unsuspend your account.
You can have your password reissued by clicking the "Forgot your password? Click here" link at the bottom of the login form.
This is a function to use if you lose your password. A new password will be sent to your registered email address.
If you have not registered an email address, a similar email will be sent to the administrator.
