It will be automatically made public to the thread creator's department (including subordinate departments). It will not be made public to higher-level departments.
Click "Create a new thread" and enter a thread name.
You will be taken to the comment adding screen.
The threads you have created are displayed in a list. The items displayed in the list are as follows:
Thread name
Name of thread
Owner
Department name, employee number, and employee name of thread creator
Status
In progress or finished
Last updated
Date and time when the thread was last updated
Action
Icons for operations that can be performed on each thread
The actions section displays icons that indicate the actions that can be performed on each thread. From left to right, the icons have the following functions.
Hover over an icon to display the icon name.
Edit thread (only visible to thread creator)
You can edit the thread name and status, and delete the thread.
Add comment
You can enter a comment to interact with members.
Visibility
If you select "Private", the comment will be visible only to you. If you select "Send notification", members will be notified by email.
Comment
Enter a comment and click the "Add comment" button. You can attach a file.
Comment list
You can view a list of added comments.
The thread creator and their superior can delete all comments, but other members can only delete comments they added.
