The date and time of the last skill evaluation will also be displayed next to the task name in the task list.

A list of skills associated with the task category selected in the career or task category is displayed as a question.
There are six answer ranks, from R0 to R5 (depending on the system settings), and the meaning of each rank is displayed in a pop-up by clicking the "About each rank" button on the question on the screen.
For each skill question, select the answer rank that is closest to your skill status and enter it. When you select an answer rank for the question you want to update, the background color will turn yellow and it will become the skill you want to update.
Once you have finished selecting the answer rank, click the "Update skills" button at the bottom of the screen. Clicking the "Update skills" button will register the acquired skills in the database.
If the user answers with the same answer rank as the manager's answer value, it will be considered that no correction by the manager is necessary, and the manager's answer data will be deleted.
In addition, if a comment has been added to the answer rank changed by the manager, the manager's comment will be displayed in the field below the "Question column".
Selecting answer ranks in bulk
Clicking the answer rank section in the table header allows you to select the answer ranks for each skill question all at once.

Display of training measure limit
Training measures are a general term for the three functions of qualifications/training/examinations.
When a skill is associated with a training measure, it may be necessary to acquire the related training measure in order to acquire that skill.
Such skills are called required skills.
In this case, the corresponding answer rank on the acquisition screen is limited so that it cannot be selected, and when you move the cursor over the red icon in the figure below (a red line on the corresponding answer rank), it will display "Required training is available."
Clicking on the icon will display a link to the training measure that must be acquired.
On the other hand, if you hover your cursor over a restricted blue icon in the image above (a yellow line through the relevant answer rank), it will say "Acquisition training available." Clicking the icon will display a link to the training measure.
This is not a restriction, but rather means that there is a training measure related to the relevant skill.
By acquiring this training, you will automatically be given the answer rank defined in that training measure.
Such skills are called acquired skills.
A yellow line will also be displayed for training measures that have already been acquired.
Click the name of a training measure to display its details. In the example below, training information is displayed.
From here, you can register as far as applying to take the training.
If the training type is qualification information, you can also apply to acquire the qualification.
In the image below, click on the linked training name, then click on the training name on the training selection screen (right side).
Click on the name of the course to see the status of that course.
You can download your acquired skills in CSV format by clicking the "CSV Export" icon in the top right corner of the screen.
