With individual interview management, interactions between users and managers can be recorded for each interview category prepared by the administrator.
This is a function to use when you want to record interactions such as regular interviews or transfer requests.
Please note that if the administrator has not created viewable interview categories, the box function will not be available.
Click the "Individual Interview Management" link from the "Data Form" item in the menu on the left side of the screen to go to the thread list screen.
Of the interview categories created by the administrator, the viewable categories will be displayed as tabs, so select the category you wish to operate on.
When you select an interview category, a different thread list screen will be displayed.
In the example screen below, the thread list for the "Business Communication" category is displayed.

Clicking the "Create new thread" link on the thread list screen will take you to the new thread creation screen.
After entering a thread name on the new thread creation screen, click the "Create new" button to create a new thread.
Communication with superiors will generally proceed with this thread as a single unit.
Threads can also be created by managers.
Note that depending on the administrator's settings, you may not be able to create threads.
In this case, you will need to record comments etc. directly for each interview category.
You can go to the thread editing screen by clicking the "Edit Thread" button created for each thread on the thread list screen.
You can change the thread name and progress status of a thread you have created.
You can also delete threads you have created.
Please note that deleting a thread will also delete all comments registered in the thread.

Click the "Add comment" button created for each thread on the thread list screen to go to the comment adding screen.
By adding a comment to the thread you created, you can start communicating with the manager.

You can add a comment by entering the required information and clicking the "Add comment" button.
Visibility: If you select "Private", the comment will be viewable only by you, so you can use it for simple notes, etc.
Comment: This is the comment itself.
After you post a comment, if there is an update from the manager, it will be displayed alongside your own comments, as shown below.
