Member list

You can view other users' basic information within the scope set by the administrator.

The information you can view will vary depending on the administrator's settings.

Viewing the member list

Click the "Member list" link from the "Basic information" item in the menu on the left side of the screen to display a list of users who are within the scope of public access.

Click on the user you want to view to view the basic details of that user.

Clicking "Search conditions" will also open and close a form for entering search conditions.

Searching for members

You can limit the users displayed in the list according to the search conditions you enter.

To search, enter the search conditions in the form and then click the "Enter with these conditions" button.

The following types of keywords are searched for.

• Employee name

• Employee number

• Consolidated department name

• Other columns set by the administrator

If you want to search for multiple keywords, separate the keywords with the following strings.

• Comma: ,

• Half-width space

• Full-width space

• Half-width vertical bar: |

• Full-width vertical bar: |

Here, we are searching for two keywords, "weight training" and "bouldering", in the column "Hobbies" added by the administrator.

View basic member information

By clicking on a user on the member list screen, you can view the basic information of that user.

Here, we are selecting user number 0002.
