Set this if you want to display your career path as a marker on the assessment results. It is useful to set long-term goals as career paths.
The primary career path is selected and registered by the user from the recommended career models defined by the company.
By registering the primary career path, it can also be used as a search condition, so managers can understand the career model that their subordinates are aiming for.
Click the "Select" link of the primary career path and select any career model from the list of career models that is displayed.
When a career model is selected, the human resources model in which the corresponding career model is set is displayed.
The career paths of the corresponding career model are displayed in numerical order on the matrix.
Set your own career path by referring to the recommended career model.
To set a career path, click the cells of the corresponding levels in order.
The order of the selected level transitions is displayed with a green background color.
When you have completed setting the career path, click the "Update" button to register the settings.
When you click the "Update" button, a confirmation window will appear, so click the "Update" button to confirm the contents.

The career path is displayed as a white number in a green circle.
