The user's level is determined based on the registered skills, and a matrix is displayed showing the user's position relative to the defined levels.
Clicking on the "Evaluation Results" item in the menu on the left side of the screen will take you to the career assessment list screen.
In the example below, career assessment is defined by the administrator at three categories and six levels (E1 to M3) ranging from beginner to advanced.
Clicking on a valid cell on the career assessment screen will take you to the career assessment result details screen.
How to view the career assessment table
Level restrictions apply (lock mark)
This indicates that in order to achieve the corresponding level, you not only need to achieve the required skills, but also take or obtain one of the qualifications, exams, or training courses set by the administrator.
If you have met the restrictions set by the administrator, an open lock icon will be displayed.
Current Level
The cells for levels where all the conditions for achieving the answer level have been met will be displayed in yellow.
Main person in charge
If there is a carrier model to which you are primarily affiliated, a red mark will be displayed next to that carrier model.
Career Path
If your administrator has set up a career path, the green numbers will be displayed. These are model cases showing the order in which you can obtain each level.
The assessment result details screen will display a detailed breakdown of the level assessment selected on the previous screen.
You can check the specific skills required to reach the corresponding level at the question level.
■Task list
The assessment results for each task are displayed in a task tree.
Clicking on each task or the "Graph" icon in the header will display a radar chart directly under the selected task in a sub-screen.
In addition, clicking on the task name will display a sub-screen listing details of the acquired skills under the task and the answer ranks for each individual skill, and depending on the administrator's settings, you may be able to update your self-assessment of your skills.
[Radar Chart]
When you click the "Graph" icon next to each task name, a radar chart will be displayed with the tasks below the task name as the axis, and when you click the "Graph" icon in the header row of the task list table, a radar chart of the top task hierarchy will be displayed.
The green chart is the user's status, and the blue chart is the judgment condition.
Below the radar chart is a table that can display a list of task achievement/failure.
In addition, the radar chart is displayed based on the average answer value or the number of cleared items, as set by the administrator.
※Radar chart of a case judged by the average answer value
The scale on the chart in the example below corresponds to the five levels of answer rank, from R0 to R4.
Each is displayed as 0 points to 4 points, with the highest score for a task on each evaluation axis being 4 points.
※Radar chart of a case judged by the number of cleared answer values
The scale on the radar chart indicates the level of each task on each evaluation axis.
Please note that answer rank values that do not meet the required answer rank at each level will be rated 0.
For example, when the criteria require three or more answer ranks of R3, a value answered as R2 will not be counted as an evaluation value in the radar chart.
[Details of acquired skills]
The skill acquisition status is displayed in a radar chart with the lowest level task as the axis.
The green chart shows the user's status, and the blue chart shows the judgment conditions.
A list of tasks required for the displayed level is displayed below the radar chart.
The status of whether the skills associated with each task have been acquired or not, as well as links to information on training, qualifications, and exams that are useful for acquiring the skills, are displayed.
[Radar chart of cases judged by the average answer score]
*The scale on the chart corresponds to the five answer ranks, R0 to R4. Each is displayed as 0 to 4 points, with the highest score for a task on each evaluation axis being 4 points.
■Evaluation Conditions
The achievement level for each task linked to the career evaluation and the training measures linked to the skills under the task are displayed.
By clicking on the task name, not only can you check the answer value of the skills under the task in a list, but depending on the administrator's settings, you may also be able to update the self-evaluation of the skills.
In addition, by clicking on each displayed training measure, a list of the various training measures that apply will be displayed in a sub-screen.
■Level Restrictions
You can check the conditions required to achieve the career level of the current screen set by the administrator and the current achievement level.
Level restrictions can be set by attending training, obtaining qualifications, test results, and the level of the career model.
In the example below, the number of clear conditions is set to four. Therefore, unless you achieve level 4 of the career model "Competency Evaluation / Competency / Common" and clear the total four conditions of the tests and training below it, you will not be able to achieve the current level, even if you achieve 100% achievement in all tasks.
Calculating achievement
The number of required rank answers or the standard value (required average score) for the skills associated with each lowest level task and the achievement status are tallied
(When judging by the number of answers)
Required value = Answer rank * Sum of required number
Answer value = Answer rank * Sum of achieved number
(When judging by average score)
Required value = Standard value (0.00 points to 4.00 points)
Answer value = User's average score (answer rank R0 = 0 points....R4 = 4 points)
Achievement rate = Answer value ÷ Required value
Note) The achievement rate of the radar chart is calculated as above and is not strict.
Please note that if an OR condition is specified as the judgment condition, the achievement rate does not take the OR condition into account.
However, if the OR condition is cleared and the level is certified, the achievement rate of the level will be displayed as 100%.
