List of skills associated with the selected task
A career model is a three-tiered evaluation system that links the first and second tiers to the career model name set by the administrator.
The administrator also links the second tier to a task classification.
The administrator also links skills to the task classification, so the relationship is as follows:
Career model name → First tier → Second tier → Task classification → Skills
In the example diagram on this page,
◎Career model name: "By job: Sales" or "Job model", etc.
◎First tier name: "Job type"
◎Second tier name: "Position"
◎Task classification name: "Approach" or "Hearing", etc.
◎Skill name: "Able to make appointments by phone without feeling embarrassed" or "Make email templates", etc.
From this system, the career model is evaluated by accumulating the results of various skill responses and combining them with other settings such as level restrictions.
