View data from the SkillNavi form according to the aggregation rules set by the administrator.
The number of graphs that can be displayed simultaneously is set by the administrator.
Select the aggregation period you want to view.
Click the "SkillNavi Form" link from the "Data Form" item in the menu on the left side of the screen.
After moving to the SkillNavi form selection screen, you can move to the SkillNavi form view selection screen by selecting the "Form View" tab.
All form views that can be viewed from those created by the administrator will be listed, so select the form view you want to operate.
Once you select a form view, you will be able to select the collection period.
Select the aggregation period you wish to view.
You can select any period from the aggregation period created by the administrator to the entire period.
After selecting a period, click the "Display" button to display a list of periods for which aggregation was performed according to the selected period.
Select the period for which you want to view the views.
The available periods are listed in the table, so click on the period you want to view.
A form view graph for the selected period will be displayed.
You can scroll down the graph to view the values that make up the graph in a table.
You can use one of the following two types of graphs created by the administrator.
- "Column-by-column graph" which is a graph for each column
- "Subject-by-subject graph" which is a graph for each target that groups together aggregate columns
You can switch between graphs by clicking the "Column-by-column graph" and "Subject-by-subject graph" tabs.
Graph Viewing
A table of values that appears as you scroll through the graph
You can view a list of data compiled for the specified period.
Click on the numbers in the compiled data to view details of the SkillNavi Form used to compile that data.
You can view a bar graph (or line graph) that compares data by column.
Data for the periods before and after the specified period is displayed.
You can view a bar graph (or line graph) that displays and compares aggregate columns all at once.
Data is displayed starting from the specified period, along with data from surrounding periods.
