You can set goals and perform evaluations based on the evaluation period.
The "Goal/Evaluation Management" menu has the following functions.
Based on the evaluation period pre-set by the administrator, users can set their own goals, register goal comments, view goal results, and enter a final evaluation.
When registering a goal comment, a comment is registered at the set review point. If the administrator has defined phases such as manager review, a flow will be run to register comments for each phase.
When entering a final evaluation, you can enter your own overall evaluation after the evaluation period has ended.
When viewing goal results, you can refer to the set goal content at any time.
You can set your own career path by referring to the career models pre-registered by the administrator.
