Check the contents of the mutual evaluation

"Mutual evaluation" is a feature that allows users to evaluate each other for each task set by the administrator.

The level of each user's evaluation is determined based on the criteria specified in the task level judgment conditions.

Check the content of mutual evaluations (narrow down tasks)

For details about the "Mutual evaluation" function, refer to "Mutual evaluation input".

Here we will explain the function for viewing the mutual evaluation results.

Click the "Evaluation results" item in the menu on the left of the screen, then click the "Mutual evaluation input" tab on any tab other than "Mutual evaluation input" to move to the screen.

If only the "Mutual evaluation input" tab is displayed due to the administrator's settings, click the "Evaluation results" item in the menu to move to the relevant screen.

If the task portion is displayed in reduced size in "Confirm evaluation content," click the link in the red line in the image below to enlarge the reduced portion.

Click the "Select" link in the task portion to narrow down the tasks you want to view, then click the "Show" button to display a list of the evaluation results.

The results based on your answers, the results based on ratings by other users, and the results based on your manager's ratings are all displayed with different marks.

By clicking the link for each task name, you can view a modal display showing the breakdown of the ratings.

The following screen is an example showing details for "Sales / Presentation."

The number of evaluators is displayed in each answer rank column.

A green underline in the answer rank column indicates that it includes ratings from the manager.

You can also view evaluator comments by clicking the yellow "Comments" icon to the right of the task name.

In this example, the evaluator's names are shown, but the administrator may have chosen to hide evaluator names for each permission.
