For each test set by the administrator, users' test result information can be registered.
Click the "Exam" link from the "Training" item in the menu on the left side of the screen to go to the selection screen for the exam you want to register for.
After going to the exam selection screen, select the exam of your choice to go to the screen where you can enter exam results.
However, if the administrator has set it so that "users cannot enter scores" or "visible to users" is set to private, the score will not be displayed in the list.
On the exam result entry screen, you can enter the exam date and exam score.
After entering the required fields, click the "Update results" button.
If a manager's approval is required to register the exam results, the approver selection screen will be displayed, so please select the appropriate approver.
In addition, the exam result history at the bottom of the screen will show the exam date, score, and status (only if manager approval is required) from when you took the same exam in the past.
If you wish to delete test results, you can delete them individually by clicking the delete button to the right of the test result history.
However, depending on the administrator settings when the history was registered, some test result history may not be able to be deleted with user permissions.
If the administrator settings are set so that users cannot view test results, the score will be displayed as "******".
After opening the exam selection screen, select the "Exam result list" tab to go to the exam result list screen.
On the exam result list screen, only exams for which "Public to users" has been set to public by the administrator are displayed in a list.
On the exam selection screen, you can check the latest and highest exam scores, as well as the last update date.
However, if the administrator has set it so that scores cannot be viewed, the score will be displayed as "******", as in the "Management level 2 promotion exam" image below.
Clicking the "View exam result details" button in the action column will take you to the exam result details screen.
You can check the details of the exam. The details of the exam include the exam result history, the exam summary, and, if the administrator has set it, the link information with the career model and skills.
Explanations about career model linkage and skill linkage are described below.
[Career model linkage]
The administrator can link the career model to the exam score.
If the exam score is linked to the career model judgment criteria, the specified level will not be judged unless the required score is obtained in the exam regardless of the skill answer.
In the following example, in the career model by job type: Sales / General / 1st and 2nd grade, it is necessary to obtain 70 points in this exam to be judged as E2 or higher.
[Skill linkage]
The administrator can link skills to the exam score.
Two types of associations with different association strengths, "acquired skills" and "required skills", may be associated.
Acquired skills
are skills that are automatically acquired when the required score is obtained in the associated exam. When a user obtains the required score in this exam, the rank is automatically raised to the answer rank of the acquired skill.
A required skill
is a skill for which a required score on the associated exam is required to acquire that skill. Users will not be able to register answer ranks until they have acquired the required score on the exam.
