The content of the conversation will be made public only to users invited by the thread creator.
Click "Create a new thread" and enter a thread name.
Search for a user, select the panel of the user you want to communicate with, and click the "Save" button at the bottom.
The threads you have created are displayed in a list. The items displayed in the list are as follows:
Thread name
Name of thread
Owner
Department name, employee number, and employee name of thread creator
Status
In progress or finished
Last updated
Date and time when the thread was last updated
Action
Icons for actions that can be performed on each thread
The actions section displays icons that represent operations that can be performed on each thread. From left to right, the icons have the following functions.
Hover the cursor over an icon to display the icon name.
Disable notifications/Enable notifications
Enable/disable email notifications sent when you are invited to a chat or when a chat is updated.
Edit thread (only visible to thread creator)
Edit thread name and status, and delete threads.
Member list
See a list of members for each thread.
Click the "+" button to the right of the thread name to invite members.
All members can invite members, but only the thread creator can remove members.
Add comment
Enter a comment to interact with members.
Publicity
If you select "Private," the comment will be visible only to you. If you select "Send notification," an email notification will be sent to members.
Comment
Enter a comment and click the "Add comment" button. You can attach a file.
Comment list
See a list of added comments.
The thread creator can delete all comments, but other members can only delete comments they added.
Leave
You can leave each thread.
